By using BPS Edge (the “site”) you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

BPS Edge is a free website with three sections:

• Share Market - scanners, regime, position sizing, with tools and guides.
• Finance - expenses, saving, tax and loans, with tools and guides.
• Technology - dev tools, interview prep, careers, with tools and guides.

Everything on the site is for general information and education. It is not investment, financial, tax, legal or career advice.

Some features need you to sign in with Google. You are responsible for your Google account and for everything done through it on this site. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

You agree not to:

• break any law, or use the site to harm anyone;
• try to access another person's account or records, or any part of the site you are not meant to;
• scrape the site, call its APIs automatically, or put load on it beyond normal personal use;
• upload viruses or anything designed to disrupt the site;
• click on ads dishonestly, or encourage others to - this harms advertisers and breaks Google's rules;
• copy the site, or present its content or tools as your own.

The trades, expenses and other records you save belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so that we can show them back to you and run the features you use. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

The site’s articles, design, code, tools and the BPS Edge name and logo belong to Bhanu Pratap Singh and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share links to any page and quote short extracts with a link back to the source. You may not republish whole articles or copy the tools without written permission. Results you create with the tools are yours to use.

The site shows ads provided by Google and may link to other websites. Ads and linked sites are the responsibility of their owners. Showing an ad or a link does not mean we recommend or endorse the product, service or company.

We work to keep the site running, but it is provided free and may be unavailable, slow or changed at any time without notice. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We may add, change or remove any feature.

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that it is accurate, complete, error-free or suitable for any purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bhanu Pratap Singh is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content - including trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data or decisions made using its calculators, scanners or articles. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that arises because you broke these terms or misused the site.

You can stop using the site and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply after that.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
